We specialise in luxury and upper-upscale properties including boutique hotels, heritage palaces, coastal resorts, city-centre landmarks, and branded residences. Our minimum property size is typically 20 keys, though we consider exceptional assets below this threshold on a case-by-case basis.

We work with both independent properties and those affiliated with major international brands. Our management model is fully flexible — we can operate under a franchise agreement, as an independent luxury property, or assist with brand selection and transition if required.

Our fee structure is typically a combination of a base management fee (calculated as a percentage of total revenue) and a performance-based incentive fee aligned with GOP targets. We tailor our agreements to each property and owner's objectives, ensuring alignment of interests throughout the partnership.
